今天，小編有幸全程跟進大連偉才國際幼兒園的采購過程，看到了大連偉才國際幼兒園高標準、高要求的食品采購。下面就和小編一起來了解吧！

Today, we are taking a team to investigate our kindergarten’s procurement process, to get a bit more insight on what it means to have an international kindergarten high standard, from the purchasing to the moment your child will receive nourishment. It’s a curious and interesting thing to know!

 涼爽的秋日里，采購員驅(qū)車從幼兒園出發(fā)來到了大連市中心麥德龍超市。麥德龍以高質(zhì)量和食品安全而聞名。自有品牌和進口食品是麥德龍的最大特色。讓萬水千山之間，新鮮始終不變。

So on a typical cold autumn day, the staff in charge of purchasing food start driving early from our headquarters in Golden Pebble Beach to the metro supermarket in downtown Dalian(near the IKEA). Metro is famous for its quality and food safety. Going there is worth the long journey! Metro is one of the rare supermarkets in China to carry their own brands and large varieties of imported food. They ensure the freshness  of their product regardless of distance.

 接下來，采購員開始了嚴謹?shù)牟少忂^程。

After we finally are inside these hallowed halls, we can now begin the next step of the rigorous procurement process.

我們先來到了生鮮肉專柜。一進到專柜，就感受到了冷冷的涼意，新鮮的生鮮肉品整齊地碼放在貨架上。采購員叔叔認真仔細的比對著，挑選著。

We first come to the fresh meat counters. We know that temperature in this area must always be kept very low.We are surrounded by fresh rawmeat packed neatly on the shelf. We will only select the best cuts.

接著，我們要采購糧油啦！

Then, we still have many ingredients to purchase! Edible oil!

在采購了木耳等輔料食材后，開始結(jié)賬嘍！看！我們滿載而歸！

After purchasing the blackfungus and other miscellaneous collection ingredients, we can finally take everything to the check-out counter. We celebrate!

偉才國際幼兒園制定了嚴格的采購周期，平均每2周采購一次。就是為了保證食材原料的新鮮，讓偉才寶寶吃到健康、安全、營養(yǎng)的食物。

Because it wishes to uphold a strict international standard, our kindergarten has a procurement cycle with an average purchase every 2 weeks or so. In order to guarantee the fresh food materials, Great Man must make every effort to ensure babies can eat healthy,safe and nutritious food.
