      這項(xiàng)主動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)與被動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)合的項(xiàng)目，與其他游戲有著本質(zhì)的不同，也因此對(duì)參與者提出較為全面的要求。無論是成人還是兒童，都要在練習(xí)初期調(diào)整認(rèn)知，敏于實(shí)踐、夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
This project, which combines active motion with passive motion, is essentially different from other games, and therefore puts forward more comprehensive requirements for participants.        練習(xí)場(chǎng)內(nèi)馬蹄陣陣，不時(shí)傳來教練為孩子講解裝備、馬匹習(xí)性、慢步原理等知識(shí)，孩子們體會(huì)并提問的交談聲。

      這種雙向互動(dòng)拉近了小騎手與馬兒之間的心理距離。當(dāng)孩子們更加熟練時(shí)，他們作為小團(tuán)體的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，就要果斷控制，獨(dú)立判斷情況，做出決策——與充滿好奇、信任、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)并渴望取悅他人的馬兒同伴建立牢固的關(guān)系，并駕馭它執(zhí)行命令。
The two-way interaction brings the psychological distance between the small rider and the horse, when the children are more skilled, they are the leader of the small group, with decisive control, independent judgment, and decision making with the horse’s companion full of curiosity, trust, adaptive ability and eager to please others to establish a firm relationship and to control it to execute the command.



       除此之外，孩子們?cè)诮叹毜谋Ｗo(hù)下，于馬場(chǎng)內(nèi)熟悉慢步。

       慢步是一四節(jié)拍的步伐運(yùn)動(dòng)，騎手可以清楚感受到1-2-3-4的節(jié)奏。

        這時(shí)他們要穩(wěn)坐在馬鞍上，保持肩部、臀部與腳跟成一直線的坐姿，以腰、背、大腿、小腿的力量用力推，使馬兒大步邁進(jìn)，后腳踩在前腳的蹄跡印前方。
